Your post: You install and configure new IT hardware and software with our customers and customers in your region.

In your region, you build an IT system infrastructure according to defined standards or perform repairs to already installed components.

In telephone contact, you answer questions from our customers and customers and identify possible sources of error.

You also take care of the technical concerns of our customers and customers remotely.

You always document your activities comprehensible and seamless

That's what you bring: You have completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, service technician (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), network administrator (m/w/d), or you have an equivalent qualification.

Ideally, you already have professional experience in the field and in the installation of medical information systems.

Your reliable as well as conscientious way in a systematic and customer-oriented approach is yours.

On spontaneous changes, you are flexible and at high working density you keep an overview.

To communicate with our customers and customers, you bring very good German knowledge.
