Conducting disciplinary and feedback talks as well as return talks, implementing disciplinary measures and communicating company changes Planning of assignments, identifying potentials, introducing training and development measures, evaluating applications and ensuring BEM support control of dates, budgets, personnel and cost accounting; Control of material and capacity planning, plant and order assignments Implementation of instruction, maintenance of key figures and implementation of suggestions for improvement Application of QS, safety and manufacturing regulations, advance process improvements and professional guidance of employees Ensuring the representation system, minimizing work accidents and sick leave, taking over tasks beyond your own cost center Participation in transnational projects and support for additional tasks

Industrial or Craftsman, optional with additional qualifications such as welding master Wide expertise and process knowledge, secure SAP knowledge and good English skills Embossed organisational and planning talent and independent decision-making Communication, enforcement and social competence are particularly required Proactive, predictive operation as well as strong team and project capability Ability to set independent priorities and take responsibility High readiness and flexibility in handling new technologies and processes
