As a business development manager:in the field of financial institutions, you are developing our market presence in the banking and insurance sector strategically at our locations in Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Berlin together with our dynamic sales team. With your experience and your network, you can place our consulting, management and planning services specifically at leading financial companies and create sustainable customer relationships. Responsibility for the strategic expansion and expansion of our market position in the banking and insurance environment Identification and development of business potentials as well as active development of new customer relationships – especially at C-level Creating and implementing targeted market strategies, business cases and recommendations for action on customer development Placement of the Drees & Sommer Group's performance portfolio with new and existing customers, including accompaniment of offers and tenders Active expansion of your network in the financial sector and maintenance of relevant contacts and CRM data Conducting market and competition analyses on trends, innovations and regulatory developments in the financial sector Conception and organisation of industry-specific events, specialist events and support in social media campaigns

Successfully completed studies in a relevant field such as real estate management, business management or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or strategy development and consulting in the banking or insurance environment as well as deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulatory frameworks Experience in market analysis and the derivation of business strategies and measures for market processing Embossed communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills Strategic thinking and feeling for markets and trends Proactive action and high persuasiveness combined with self-confidence flowing German and English skills, ideally complemented by another language such as Spanish or Italian
