Preparation, monitoring and implementation of negotiations, in particular on (total) operational arrangements and other co-determined topics Strategic and trusting advice from specialists and managers on questions of collective and individual labour law, in particular on topics subject to co-determination Close and trusting cooperation with the (total) works councils, participation in meetings and active participation of business agreements Examination and development of practical solutions for labour law issues Current examination and implementation of legal and judicial developments in labour law Work law support and co-design of projects Conception and further development of internal rules, strategies of action and key issues in coordination with the areas involved IHR PROFIL:
