Reception and guest service: Friendly and professional reception of guests. Check-in and check-out as well as the care during the stay. Advising guests on regional offers, sights and activities. Support in the R&B outlets when the atmosphere is particularly vibrant. Close cooperation and coordination: You work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth communication between departments and thus maximize guest satisfaction. As a link, you will arrange for an optimal vote so that the stay of our guests will be pleasant and unforgettable. Customer satisfaction and quality management: You ensure a smooth run at the reception and make sure that our high quality standards are always complied with. You make sure that our guests feel all the way comfortable by meeting your wishes and requests promptly and offering a service at the highest level.

Completed/s training/study in hotel or hospitality or relevant professional experience. Experience in the luxury segment with a pronounced sense of hospitality and the ability to inspire guests with charm. Flexibility and durability to support in various areas of the hotel. Exact team spirit and enthusiasm for collaboration in a motivated and dynamic team. Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are of advantage.
