You accompany projects for organisational investigation and development in public organisations (e.g. business processes, structures, personnel surveying) Together with your colleague, you will advise our public sector customers on all relevant issues in the field of job descriptions and job assessments for employees and officials The development of concepts and strategies also belongs to your tasks as well as the creation of presentations and graphical results preparation You support project management – in particular organisational and job evaluation projects

You have a successfully completed legal, administrative or business degree or master's degree programme You bring experiences and a great interest in public administration and have already gained first experience in the organisational context and/or ideally first contact points in the field of job assessments. Your passion is analytical, structural and strategic questions, new trends in the organizational context and you are enthusiastic:r Problemsoler:in Word, Excel and PowerPoint can be sure German language skills and good English skills are required for our project work
