IT & Digitalization Coordinator (m/f/d)

Interface between internal departments and external IT service provider First respondent for internal IT requirements and coordination of implementation Management of system landscape, software licenses and IT documentation Identification, planning and coordination of digitalization projects and optimization of existing business processes (automatization and AI solutions) Coordination and further development of the digital system landscape (e.g. DMS, CRM and ERP) in cooperation with internal departments and external IT partners Monitoring IT infrastructure and support for IT security and data protection issues Coordination and control of our external IT service provider

Technical or IT-related training or Studies in the field of IT, digitalization, business information technology or comparable Professional experience in IT coordination, digitalization, project management or process optimization Experience with ERP, CRM or DMS systems is advantageous Interest in digitization, process optimization and modern technologies (e.g. AI) Analytical and structured functioning as well as distinct organisational and coordination capacity Communication strength, initiative and sense of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
