Construction management: independent control and monitoring of our construction projects in the area of transmission systems of the long-distance train Organization: Planning and coordination of personnel, equipment, materials and subcontractors for smooth construction Project management: monitoring of appointments, services and costs as well as documentation of progress and support in accounting and follow-up management Quality and Safety: Ensuring professional execution and compliance with applicable standards, DB guidelines, quality and safety requirements Variety: Federal use on our construction projects with project-related operating times of up to ten days per piece and corresponding leisure compensation Conditions: Over-tariff triggering, attractive remuneration, 30 days holiday and a personal SPITZKE company vehicle with private use

Qualification: Complete study in the field of electrical engineering, civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification, e.g. as a technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) Experience: professional experience in the construction line or construction design in the field of overhead line construction / railway infrastructure / road infrastructure Competence: Funded technical understanding and knowledge of relevant regulations and construction processes, ideally in the vicinity of the Deutsche Bahn Procedure: Own-responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation as well as distinct organisational skills Flexibility: readiness to nationwide operations and project-related absences of up to ten days per piece Mobility: Class B driving licence to use your personal SPITZKE vehicle with private use
