This position refers to MAGNA Energy Storage Systems GmbH, a division of Magna. The range of services offered by MAGNA Energy Storage Systems includes the development and production of tank systems and components for cars, hybrid, natural gas and hydrogen vehicles and also trucks. With our around 1900 employees at 9 global locations, we supply premium car manufacturers with our innovative products.

For our location in Kerpen, we will now look for you as a production liner (m/w/d).

Your duties

Responsibility for the production of high-quality products (qualitative and quantitative)

Monitoring and optimization of workflows and production processes on the line

Set up, equip and adjust the machines and plants and eliminate disturbances according to the production requirements

Control and maintain tools, machines and equipment according to requirements

Ensuring operational readiness of production plants

Implementation of regular quality controls, introduction and implementation of corrective measures in quality deviations

Optimize material flow (identification and elimination of disturbances in material flow)

Co-responsibility for compliance with labour, health and environmental legislation, as well as the organisational regulations

Participation in the achievement of the OEE, initiation and technical implementation of countermeasures in non-target achievement

Working with all internal SQTKM topics (security, quality, appointment, cost, cooperation)

Introducing new employees

Problem solution (A3, 5-Why, etc.)

Professional leadership of employees in ongoing shift operation, including the review of work results and process monitoring

Cross-departmental cooperation with quality, logistics, maintenance etc.

Knowledge and training

Successfully completed qualification as master or state-tested technician in a relevant field or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in the tasks described above desirable, ideally in an industrial company
