You are an all-round talent and support us in complete order processing: from supply creation to procurement to billing You advise on all process issues relating to order processing, research-oriented performance portfolios and start individual offers for our customers As part of complaint management, you are contact person (all genders) for supplier communication, complaints and warranty processing As a contact person for our customers and account managers, you will develop tailor-made solutions You'll update customer and order data in the SAP S/4HANA CRM and ERP system The continuous process optimization of internal processes is of course for you

Complete commercial training required with experience in customer transition IT affinity or IT background desirable Experience in handling the ERP system SAP S/4HANA Empathic appearance combined with an economic product understanding Quality awareness and strong customer and service orientation Structured, analytical and self-employed Very good communication and team skills Safe and convincing appearance Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
