Various tasks As a technical manager, guide, motivate and develop your team by coordinating, delegating and monitoring tasks. Your team will provide you with the security of gas supply, installation and capacity management. With your experience, you take over the maintenance and maintenance planning in SAP-PM for the entire gas network. These include GDRM and GDR systems and feed-in systems. To do this, you will develop strategies, work instructions and maintenance plans. In your area of responsibility is also the organisation of the standby service and the destruction and safety of work, compliance and environmental protection in the gas network. You are responsible for the personnel planning for your team and are involved in the personnel decision, occupation and assessment. You conduct delegation talks, create risk assessments, instruction and training plans (e.g. for fire brigade or decommissioners). As a team leader, you are responsible for participating in the natural gas network planning (reconstruction/construction/reconstruction) and ensure a regular documentation. You are responsible for the budget planning of our gas network (investment and effort). In your function as a team leader or as a technical manager You will be the Head of Operations or directly to the Managing Director. Convincing profile Education: You have an engineering degree in the field of energy or supply technology or a master/technician qualification with many years of professional experience in the field of work. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification. Experience: At best, You have several years of experience in managing and designing teams and in the project management. Knowledge: By studying and working experience you have gained very good knowledge of natural gas supply. You also have experience in operation, testing, maintenance and construction of gas pipeline networks. You are safe in handling MS Office and SAP applications. You have a class B licence. Working methods: You are a team player and understand how to communicate safely with colleagues from different disciplines. A high degree of self-sufficiency and willingness to use is yours. About the area The gas operation area is responsible for a safe and reliable gas supply of our customers. In the course of maintenance management, renewal and maintenance measures are defined, which are carried out by our technicians or service providers. The expansion of our gas network or the connection of customer systems is monitored and commissioned in compliance with standards. We place particular emphasis on safety requirements and reliable processing of tasks. The standby service ensures safe and reliable removal of our gas systems and pipelines.
