For the care of residential and commercial properties, in particular in the school environment, we are looking for a reliable homemaster (m/w/d), who ensures the smooth running on site with willingness to use and organizational talent.

♪ Your future task:

As part of the tenant and object care, you will take over the following activities:

• Implementation of small repairs
• Implementation and logging of object and safety walks
• Equipment of rooms with furniture, technical equipment and other materials
• Takeover of the closing service
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities and cleaning and disposal work
• Implementation of messenger services as required
• creation of documentation and reports as well as, if necessary, Transmission in computer systems

Your profile for Hausmeister (m/w/d) – Schools:

• As far as possible completed vocational training in a craft sector
• Professional experience as a master
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
• Responsibility and team skills

Our offer for you:

• Working hours: 06:00 – 14:30
• Planned weekly working time: 40 hours
• Location: Halle (Saale), use in schools
• Employment as part of the transfer of workers
