Lead Expert and Consultant Occupational Safety (m/f/d)

Complete, independent performance, processing and coordination of occupational safety topics including Fire protection, explosion protection and ergonomics in complex projects (in time, budget and quality) using modern methods and tools (e.g. risk assessments, fire protection concepts, explosion protection documents, ergonomic analyses) Coordination of relevant services in complex projects, coordination and management of multiple work packages simultaneously Implementation of advisory services on these topics, including in the international environment Professional coordination and professional guidance of employees incl. Mentoring and knowledge transfer, further development of the team (core competencies) professional, process- and tool-related Self-responsible driving of professional and process-related innovations in the team Support of the disciplinary officer in the development of strategic personnel needs in these topics, planning of the utilisation control as well as personnel planning, promotion and qualification of the associated employees Strategic planning of occupational safety services and acquisitions/inclusion of new services Ensuring and further developing work processes and tools, including the company-wide standardization of products in its own responsibility Technical/technical sales support, including cost/cost estimation of work safety services, independent offer creation (performance description, cost assessment) Coordination and implementation of the technical quality assurance of internal and external performance in their own responsibility and thematic areas

Complete technical studies (e.g. field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, safety technology, aerospace technology, shipbuilding) Additional qualification for occupational safety Long-term, relevant professional experience in the field of occupational safety, hazard assessments, ergonomics and fire protection in the military environment Multiannual, deepened experience and knowledge related to Ergonomic requirements of the contracting authority and the 'Handbuch der Ergonomie' Funded knowledge in the creation of fire protection concepts, training as a fire protection specialist Extensive, well-founded knowledge of relevant legal regulations, standards and guidelines Impressed ability to penetrate complex situations (e.g. legal requirements) and very pronounced ability to consult Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytic conceptual thinking, goal- and solution-oriented thinking and pronounced quality awareness German and fluent knowledge of English in word and writing
