Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Berlin As a customer service engineer, you are an important part of our service team and, after a detailed theoretical and practical introduction, you carry out commissioning, maintenance and repair work on Bosch Thermotechnik products. In addition, your tasks include the use of heat pumps, split-air devices, gas/oil heating systems as well as control devices in existing multi-brand customer service systems (Buderus and Bosch Junkers). You act as a competent contact person for our customers and convince with their analytical and technical capabilities in the measurement, testing and self-regulation of thermotechnical products or in the handling of complaints.
