As part of the French group Boschat-Laveix, BEG GmbH, based in Föhren, is the provider of construction fittings and components as well as state-of-the-art security technology (electronic locking systems, access control, escape and rescue systems). Construction fittings - Safety technology

Strategic and operational management of the site (Business Development / Sales, Purchasing, Personnel, IT) Observation of market and competition developments and further development of the sales strategy to increase sales Control of the location using defined KPIs and further development of the strategic orientation for a successful future Personal support of selected key customers Control and successful completion of the ongoing digitization process at the site

For this position: Commercial / business or technical training supplemented by a pronounced sales competence Multiannual experience in building fittings or building materials trade, in door or window construction or in safety technology, e.g. as branch manager, location manager, sales manager or in a leading position in the craftsmanship Sales strength and experience in the development and implementation of sales strategies High-communication leaders with positive appearance and the ability to motivate a team Visionary, entrepreneurial thinking and action with high design will German knowledge of native language, ideally fluent French knowledge, alternative fluent English skills Intercultural openness
