As a civil engineer:in existing buildings you will shape the future, develop new solutions and make an active contribution to the successful implementation of consulting and planning services in our construction projects. Your specific tasks include: You analyse existing documents on the building stock, carry out visits and create feasibility studies with a static-constructive focus At the early stage, you will recognize the essential tasks to explore the building stock and initiate the necessary steps You work with internal and external planners and experts and coordinate their work You support our teams working at the construction site, planning, assessing opportunities and risks as well as the acquisition of projects You help develop innovative solutions and digital processes

If you have a passion for construction and are happy to take over complex tasks, you are right with us with the following qualifications: Complete study in the field of civil engineering with focus on constructive engineering First experience in the structural planning of construction projects Excellent static and constructive understanding Expertise in building law, fire protection, conservation of monuments and/or sustainability advice are advantageous, but no prerequisite Interest in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Embossed communication and team skills Responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Willingness to occasionally travel to our construction projects on site German knowledge and good English skills
