Senior Manager Operational Control & Performance (m/f/d)

Leadership & Team Development: You carry the Control Tower professionally and disciplinefully, develop your employees in a targeted manner and create the conditions for a powerful, responsible team culture. Operational Control: Responsibility for the central production, process and system management of the site, as well as the location-wide prioritization of orders, stocks, capacities and resources to ensure stable operational performance. Analysis, reporting & transparency: You continuously develop the location-wide reporting and KPI landscape, secure and moderate regular KPI and performance reviews with the operational management teams. By analyzing forecast, plan and actual data, you identify risks early and guide effective control measures. Process & System Optimization: Together with operations, IT, Logistics Engineering and customers, you continuously develop control logics, standards and systems and use automation and digitization potentials. Stakeholder & Escalation Management: As a central contact person for inventory, flow and control topics, you advise the location management, coordinate escalations and ensure a reliable operational control even in high-load phases.

Profession & Leadership: You have several years of experience in operational logistics, ideally in the Control Tower, control center or production control environment, as well as verifiable leadership experience in a comparable function. Education: A completed study with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience forms the basis of your success. Logistics & Process Competence: You bring a deep understanding of logistics end-to-end processes and have experience in production control, inventory management, KPI control and escalation and cause management. IT- & System Knowledge: Very good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems as well as experience with WMS, WCS and reporting solutions are just as good as a pronounced data and system affinity. Languages & Soft Skills: You have very good German skills and good English skills. Analytical thinking, decision strength, communication ability, implementation orientation and a sovereign appearance complete your profile. .
