Your mission

• equipping, operating and retrofitting of production and packaging machines
• Production of doughs
• Monitoring ongoing production
• Keeping and monitoring HACCPs and quality and hygiene requirements according to IFS6 – criteria and internal guidelines
• Documentation of production data and test protocols
• Cooperation with quality assurance and maintenance

Your superpowers

• Ideally - but not necessarily - a completed training as a machine and plant manager, specialist for food technology or the like.
• cross entry possible with technical affinity
• readiness for multilayer operation (three-layered)
• Precise, clean working and great commitment
• High social competence, systematic-structured work, independent working
• German in word and writing
• Car and driving licence class B of advantage but no condition
