In your working day Application operation and support: Participation in the monitoring and supervision of IT applications, processing of first and second level tickets and support in incident management (first diagnosis, ticket documentation, escalation).

Service and documentation: maintenance of operational and knowledge documentation, creation of simple work instructions and the transfer of know-how to colleagues: within the framework of team updates.

Cooperation and interface management: coordination with key users and external service providers in clearly defined situations as well as the monitoring of rollouts under guidance.

Process optimization and automation: recognition of routine tasks with automation potential and the implementation of small automation tasks (e.g. scripts, simple workflows) under instructions.

Development and quality assurance: participation in tests, introduction of new applications, support in test cases, error documentation and tracking of corrections.
