Compensation of liability (large) damage, in particular personal injury from the field of occupational and product liability insurance, private liability insurance Reserve setting: completion of file and reserve notes and reserve calculations Testing and evaluation of medical opinions Negotiations & Procedures: Self-responsible negotiation with social security institutions, accompaniment of judicial procedures, completion of comparisons and decision on process recording Damage Management & Regress: Active major damage management, detection and enforcement of regression opportunities Expert participation: participation in guidelines, projects and working groups, as well as the design and implementation of specialist lectures and webinars Service travel: In case of need for brokers, customers and meetings in damages

Qualification: Full legal person or with relevant professional experience in the processing of commercial/private liability damage (in particular personal injury) Expertise: Good technical and medical understanding, pronounced analytical thinking and conceptual skills Decision-making: Secure judgment and ability to make decisions on economic and legal aspects Working method: Self-employed, targeted and creative work with a high degree of commitment Personal strength: safe occurrence, enforcement, negotiation skills as well as strong communication and team skills Service & Languages: Service and solution-oriented working methods and good English skills
