Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician (m/w/d) Machine Maintenance & Customer Service for Construction Machinery

Our client is an internationally leading industrial company that develops, produces and sells high-quality construction machines worldwide. At the Dormagen site, the machines are prepared, maintained and repaired for use in construction sites in Germany and abroad.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated mechanic or mechatronic (m/w/d) for machine maintenance in the field of construction machines in full time.

Input control for returned machines including cleaning Assessment of damage and determination of the repair scope Implementation of small repair work on equipment and attachment tools Preparation of machines for rental to customers Transfer and Instruction of Rental Machines to customers: Inside Preparation of state reports and technical preparation of equipment for sale Customer care and technical advice on site

Completed technical or craft training, e.g. as a mechanic, mechatronic or land and construction machine mechatronic (m/w/d) Professional experience in a workshop or in the service of construction or agricultural machinery Safe handling of MS Office applications Careful, reliable and responsible operation Friendly appearance, team skills and customer orientation High commitment and initiative
