Area managers for parental leave and sick leave replacements (m/f/d)

The Foundation Naturschutz Schleswig-Holstein is the largest nature conservation organisation in the country. With our species conservation projects and our biotope network Stiftungsland, we strengthen and improve the green infrastructure for the preservation of biodiversity and the implementation of biological climate protection targets in Schleswig-Holstein. We are looking for three at the next possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) The workplace is located in Molfsee near Kiel.

These are three temporary jobs due to parental leave and illness-related absence. The two parental representations are limited to 14 months and two years respectively. The third body shall be occupied within the framework of a medical representation and shall be terminated until the holder returns. The jobs can be occupied both in fulltime (38.7 hours per week) and in parttime (25 hours per week). Remuneration takes place according to TV-L pay group 11.

Your tasks

Supporting the foundation areas in the assigned area of responsibility Contact person*in for persons from agriculture, authorities, nature conservation and interested public Responsible for the development of the foundation areas and the coordination and implementation of the necessary care and development measures Responsible for the proper management of the foundation areas and the perception of the ownership obligations of the Naturschutz Foundation close communication with all participants in the foundation team and on site

completed university studies in the fields of biology, landscape ecology, landscape planning, agricultural sciences or comparable qualifications Identification with the work of the Stiftung Naturschutz Schleswig-Holstein well-founded expertise and practical experience in nature conservation and agriculture application-proof botanical and basic avifaunistic species knowledge Basic knowledge of moor protection and wildlife management a targeted and result-oriented operation good time management and a high degree of self-employment strong team spirit a clear head, even in difficult situations

the willingness to make appointments even outside normal working hours a valid license for cars
