As an intern (m/w/d) in the project coordination, you are an indispensable support for our team and actively contribute to the smooth handling of our heat pump projects. Hands-on Support: You take care of the daily operational tasks in project management and make sure that our planning processes work smoothly.

VOT Management: You are responsible for coordinating the on-site terminals (technical recording, measurements). You jongliert calendar and make sure that technicians and conditions fit perfectly on site.

Partner coordination (GaLa): You are the central interface between our team, the customers and our partners in garden and landscape construction. You coordinate dates for restoring surfaces and are available for queries.

System Care: With care and precision you care about our internal systems and make sure that all deadlines and project data are up to date and correct.

The most important thing for us? Your motivation and your can-do mentality. Settings: You like to take operational tasks in daily doing and take action directly. As a real team player, you jump where most of the help is needed and never lose your quality.

Background: You are in a study (BWL, Economics, Logistics, Project Management) or have a corresponding completed training. Interest in the construction or infrastructure industry is a definitive plus.

Organizational talent: You work structured, reliable and predictive. Even if there are many appointments at the same time, you don't get a little bit through the tabs.

Language: You communicate safely and fluently in German (C2 level), especially on the phone and in email traffic.

Availability: You are available for at least three, ideally six months - also within a mandatory internship
