Your duties

• Maintenance and operation of installations in the building

• Elimination of technical disturbances and implementation Small repairs

• Support of supply systems with cross-sectoral focus

• Documentation and maintenance of fault, testing, maintenance and maintenance Inspection reports

• Coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work

Your profile

• Complete vocational training as an electronic or (m/d) or a comparable qualification

• First professional experience in facility management, building technology | Home technology or in cross-sector areas of advantage

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (incl. Additional remuneration)

• Class B licence
