Full time, unlimited The central building management of the city of Ulm serves around 350 properties, including schools, kindergartens, theatres and museums. Together with other departments, the Ost Building Division coordinates new construction, renovation and reconstruction measures in the eastern urban area. The building management takes over the building function and project management as well as architectural services and the building maintenance. Payment is made up to 12 TVöD.

independent planning and implementation of new building, renovation and rebuilding measures Accompanying and controlling external planners with the perception of the client function Project management and coordination with focus on quality, costs and dates Creation of concepts and policy templates for project development

completed university degree in architecture (Bachelor, Master of Engineering, Diplomingenieur*in FH/TU) well-founded knowledge in all performance phases of HOAI and experience in public construction (HOAI, VOB, VgV) Experience in project management and contractor representation safe handling of modern IT and communication technologies independent, self-responsible working and design judgment strong communication and negotiation strength, conflictability, team spirit and reliability
