Educational Specialist for Specialized Housing (m/f/d)

As part of Haus Hoheneck, you work in a special housing form for people with mental illnesses, in the appreciation, relationship design and respect for individual life paths. Our goal is to provide people with mental illnesses with professional, reliable and human-oriented support.

Tasks

• Educational support and support for the inhabitants
• Promoting individual participation and self-employment
• Establishment and design of sustainable relations with residents
• Planning, implementation and documentation of educational measures
• Creation of reports and professional documentation
• Support in everyday structuring and crisis management
• Cooperation with members, legal supervisors, authorities and other network partners
• Participation in the further development of pedagogical work and housing
• Participation in team meetings and case meetings

Your profile

• Complete study of social education, social work or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience in the psychosocial field is desirable, but no condition
• Joy in working with people with mental illnesses
• Structured, reflected and responsible operation
• High social competence, empathy and communication strength
• team skills as well as an appreciation and resource-oriented attitude
• Ready to work in early and late service
