Operation and organisation shift service in weekly change (breakfast, regular working hours from 7:00 to 17:00) Organisation and implementation of events (even in the evening and on weekends: parents' evenings, school festivals, open days etc.) Preparation of class and event rooms Close service incl. evening and special events Maintenance of the outdoor installation and organisation of the winter service Fire protection officer as well as locality for occupational safety Cooperation with and informing foreign companies and cleaning staff Building and maintenance management Regular controls: buildings, furniture, installations Deficiency report, emergency measures and process management until release Technical and commercial collection of cleaning, maintenance, repair and new construction work and acquisitions Tendering, procurement and procurement, construction supervision, acceptance of craft services Controlling and deficiencies, maintenance and warranty management Control of safety-relevant maintenance work: fire alarm systems, elevators, heating/ventilation, power supply, kitchen equipment, electrical equipment, sports equipment and play equipment, board systems Building technology and electronic systems Configuration, control, monitoring and maintenance of electronic components in: Alarm and fire alarm systems Building control (light, electricity, heating, ventilation, water, disposal) Special areas: Mensa (convectomats, flushing street, cooling cell), NaWi-Rooms (degustores, gas cabinets), sports halls, compartment equipment (smartboards, laboratory equipment), elevators, door opening systems

We expect: Complete vocational training in a technical or craft occupation, e.g. in the fields of electronics, measurement/control technology, heating/ventilation, metal construction, plant construction, electrical or construction/wood Reliability, conscience and sense of responsibility High level of flexibility and resilience in crisis and conflict situations Friendly, empathic approach to students, teachers, parents and colleagues Self-employed working at the same time as teamwork (work in two-size) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willingness to acquire specialist examinations (brand protection, occupational safety, hygiene, first aid, etc.) and continuous training driving licence class B
