Your mission Digitization does not live by technologies alone – it lives on people to recognize and use new opportunities. This is where your role is: You bring together ideas, disciplines and digital solutions and ensure that concrete improvements are created for our savings banks. You are contact persons and motivators around digitalization and AI and accompany our employees on their way to a modern, digital way of working. Your duties Designing and implementing digitalization Together with the departments, You identify digitalization potentials and develop concrete solutions. You accompany the digitalization and optimization of processes – from the idea to the successful implementation. You support the introduction of new digital applications and ensure that You are used sustainably in everyday work. Bring AI to working day Together with the departments, You develop new AI applications and accompany their implementation. You are contact persons for the practical use of our AI chatbots in our savings bank and translate new possibilities into concrete added value for our employees. You support specialist areas to use AI in a meaningful way – for example, to prepare customer talks, to create and summarize texts or to make workflows more efficient. You organize formats to enable our employees and promote a culture of testing. Join Networking and Change You work closely with a wide range of disciplines and bring people together for common solutions. You moderate workshops, develop ideas and make digitalization tangible. You observe current developments and evaluate the new possibilities for our savings bank. This will bring you You have a completed university degree (Bachelor or comparable degree) or an equivalent qualification. You have already successfully implemented digitization and AI measures in the banking sector. You can inspire people, communicate complex topics in a comprehensible way and win employees for new ways of working. You are inspiring for digitalization and AI, using and experimenting with digital tools in everyday life. You are delighted to try out new things and develop them together with other solutions. The Sparkasse is a collective public employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the tariff regulations, in particular by sections 12 to 25 TVöD and the relevant regulations of the TVöD-BT-S. The enrollment of the enrolled office is expected to be in the 10 TVöD payment group. Depending on the level of experience, this results in a monthly gross entry fee of 4,438,16 euros to 5,753,35 euros. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
