A completed study in the field of human resources management or a commercial training with well-founded further training in human resources Multiannual professional experience in HR (at least 5 years), ideally in a comparable position Safe handling of modern personnel management systems and HR tools High readiness within your responsibility Very good and practical knowledge of labour law A quick understanding, agile thinking and pronounced communication strength An independent, structured operation paired with high service and solution orientation Very good user knowledge in MS Office German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
