IT Projektmanager Digital Experience Platforms (m/f/d)

Planning and control: You take over the planning and control of software development, consulting, UX and B2B e-commerce projects for well-known customers, depending on the project with agile or hybrid models. Supporting project teams: You accompany our project teams throughout the entire project cycle – from analysis, UX design, implementation and quality assurance to customer acceptance. Alternatively, you accompany the request collection, consulting and conception of e-commerce solutions such as webshops, PIM, customer journey and backend. Coaching: You lead our project teams to self-organized work, agile values and methods. An open culture of errors, feedback and trust is of course your goal. Optimization: You identify optimization potentials in cooperation and develop targeted action recommendations, both externally with our customers and internally in our project teams. Advice: You develop the digital means of communication of our customers and help to implement potentials. Requirement Collection: You identify customers' challenges and translate them into enforceable requirements while continuing to expand our long-term customer relationships.

Completion: You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Communications/Media Science or comparable discipline Experiences: You have a multi-year professional experience as IT Project Manager (m/w/d) in the digital environment (ideally CMS and portal solutions or in the digital commerce environment) or practical experience in the form of internships or student activities. The planning and control of IT projects is your passion. Affinity to the Internet: You have a strong affinity to the Internet and related information services and technologies. The current trends and developments of web-based technologies are of course known to you. Language skills: You have very good German and good English skills.
