In order to strengthen our software development team at the Hamburg location, we are looking for you as a committed person with an immediate entry date System Administrator – On-Prem Software Deployment & Support (m/w/d)

Installation, configuration and maintenance of our software in on-prem systems with customers Managing and troubleshooting deployments in Linux-based environments Work with containerized environments, in particular Docker, for application deployment and support Diagnosis and solution of problems in networking, connectivity and system performance Technical advice and support for customers – both remote and on-site Working with internal teams to improve deployment workflows and documentation Accurate records of installations, updates and support requests

Required skills & qualifications: detectable experience as a system administrator, DevOps Engineer or in a similar IT role Practical knowledge of Linux administration (e.g. system services, logs, file systems, CLI tools) Solid understanding of Docker containerization and container-based deployment workflows Network competence (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, VPNs, DNS, load balancing) Excellent skills in error analysis and problem solving Strong communication and support skills, including the ability to understand technical issues

Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Experience with cloud environments, ideally AWS Confidence with automation and scripting tools (e.g. Bash, Python, Ansible) Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container tracking systems Understanding CI/CD and DevOps Practices Experience with enterprise environments and IT security standards
