Responsibility for the central reception, registration and initial assessment of all PCN/PDN messages. Conducting the PCN/PDN mapping and matching with the R&S subdimension. Process design for the PCN/PDN process Processing of requests in the area of material conformity Pre-analysis and categorisation of incoming communications, for example by urgency or products concerned. Coordination of the timely forwarding of PCN/PDN messages to the relevant departments, in particular engineering, quality, purchasing and production. Support for development in the assessment of possible alternatives and in the procurement of patterns in close coordination with the relevant departments. Monitoring the processing progress as well as the initiation of escalation measures in the event of termination deviations. Use of internal and external tools for efficient processing, tracking and documentation of the processes. Responsibility for maintaining the database and tracking system for all PCN/PDN processes. Creation of regular status reports on the current processing status. Coordination and ensuring complete and comprehensible documentation of all results.

Technicians News/Electronics with relevant professional experience or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Experience in coordinating administrative or technical processes, ideally in the industrial environment Safe handling of common office applications as well as digital database and tracking systems Structured, careful and independent working with a high quality awareness Joy in coordination with different disciplines and coordination of parallel processes Very good German knowledge (at least level C1) in word and writing English knowledge for the processing of technical documents and communication with international contact persons are advantageous
