Ensuring compliance with all safety-relevant laws, instructions and guidelines in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection and health Construction of a department for on-board equipment of an underwater product line and technical and disciplinary management of this department Responsibility for compliance with quality requirements and compliance with key dates, including project and cost center budgets, investments, maintenance and overhead costs Management of the selection, assessment and development of executives and planning of resource use for employees and resources Continuous optimization of operation based on a modern production system

Successfully completed studies in the technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the equipment in the maritime production field as well as in the management of large projects, special machine construction or shipbuilding with different professional groups Impressed leadership and motivation, enforcement and sovereign appearance and secure oral and written expressability Joy of teamwork, structured and sustainable working, as well as strong commercial thinking and acting High level of flexibility, independence, willingness to take responsibility and the ability to make decisions independent
