Your tasks:

• Support & support: support for people with participation needs in cognitive competences and additional needs in epilepsy, autism or psychiatric diagnosis
• Participation: development of individual offers together with the clients, including the social space, in order to make social participation the best possible
• Cooperation & Exchange: Cooperation with external services such as proWerk, the crisis team or the specialist service Autismus and close coordination in the multi-professional team
• Documentation: Structured detection and reflection of the measures carried out

What you should bring:

• Qualification: Completed 3-year training as health care and nursing care / health care and children's caregiver / nursing caregiver / nursing care professional or a bachelor's degree in health care etc. (m/w/d)
• Experience or curiosity: knowledge in the field of disability assistance and/or psychiatry or the willingness to get to know this area
• Flexibility & team spirit: willingness to work in shiftwork and on weekends as well as creativity and stability for individual participation design
• Driving licence: Class B for more mobility in everyday work
