Business Consultant Financial Processes (m/f/d)

In our 19-member team, everything revolves around projects in the field of money services – whether it is new processes or new systems. We ensure that these are optimally further developed, are consulted as business consultants and work closely with IT. A special focus of your role as Business Consultant (m/w/d) for financial processes is on a central voting tool for which you take professional responsibility. You can look forward to: Designing processes: You take our existing processes around booking logics and cash flows together with the relevant interfaces exactly under the look and translate optimization potentials into precise technical specifications. Developing concepts: With your view for the big whole, you also work on pre-studies and concepts for new topics and thus actively shape the further development of our systems and processes e.g. for new functionalities or regulatory changes. Making results visible: You create meaningful presentations and decision documents for different target groups and represent your results confidently in meetings or with the customer. Ensuring quality: To ensure that new functions work reliably in everyday life, you develop appropriate software tests, perform them and accompany the introduction of new solutions into practice. Dissolving disorders: If technical or technical challenges occur, you will analyze the causes together with specialist areas and IT and ensure that the right steps to the sustainable solution are initiated. Support customers: Technical questions of our customers are right for you. For clarity, you bring the right internal and external appeals together and successfully conduct topics to completion.

You bring a technical background from the fields of accounting, auditing, tax advice or a comparable environment and know the basic relationships of accounting logics and financial processes. Ideally, you have already gained experience in business consulting, process optimization or a similar interface function. What is important is your affinity for combining technical questions with technical solutions. You don't have to be an IT professional, but you have the ability to speak a common language with IT and to translate technical requirements in a comprehensible way. With SAP FI as well as MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, you are sure to go around. You think analytically, recognize dependencies between processes and keep track of complex topics. You will address new topics with curiosity and initiative. Take responsibility for yourself is of course, because challenges motivate you. Your communication is clear and targeted. For this you bring fluent German knowledge (C1) and solid English knowledge (B1).
