Technical Property Manager - Hotel Sector (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the technical property management of special properties with a focus on the hotel sector in the role of owner representation Budget planning, monitoring and reporting in close coordination with asset management Coordination, assessment and implementation of technical measures in accordance with HOAI, including TDDs and ESG requirements Organisation and monitoring of maintenance, testing and external service providers Technical assessment and documentation of the real estate, including data room maintenance and support in sales processes Regular collections nationwide incl. Verification of the fulfillment of lease-contractual obligations of the tenant Contact person for tenants:inside, specialist departments, asset management and external service providers (e.g. lawyers:inside, consultants:inside)

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification or completed training in the technical field Multiannual professional experience in technical real estate management, ideally in the hotel or special real estate sector Very good knowledge of HOAI, good knowledge of itwo desirable Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Organizational strength, analytical thinking and high responsibility Communication strength and sovereign appearance readiness to travel within Germany
