IN A NUTSHELL As a (Senior) consultant, you are the driving force for the further development of financial organisations. You analyze, design and implement modern finance solutions – from strategy to efficient implementation. In this role, you are introducing innovative impulses in controlling, controlling and reporting, and are committed to sustainable changes in our customers.

DEIN BESIPIEL PROJECT You are part of the transformation program “Sustainable Cost Excellence” in a leading industrial company: Analysis: You conduct a comprehensive cost and liquidity analysis, check process chains and organizational structures and identify inefficiencies. You use data models, benchmarks and scenario analyses to make potential visible – not only for costs, but also for organizational performance.

Design: Based on your analysis, you develop a two-stage action set: Short-term booster for rapid liquidity relief in critical phases.

Permanent enhancements for structural efficiency and sustainable cost reduction. You define KPIs, build a controlling framework and make sure that every measure is implementable and measurable.

Implementation & Control: You moderate workshops with management and disciplines, prioritize measures and accompany the implementation. As a (Senior) consultant, you are a savings partner for strategic decisions and actively promotes the transformation of the organization – from processes to structures to control models.

Impact: Your project ensures liquidity, reduces costs significantly and creates an organization that is not only efficient but also sustainable. Result: More scope for action, higher margins and a financial organization that brings real competitive advantage.

IN DEPTH Responsibility: You actively shape the future of our customers: inside and out of Vindelici. You're entrepreneurial from the start and stand for what you do.

Hands-On: You are a full-fledged team member, accompanies customers in the implementation of demanding projects and contributes significantly to sustainable success.

Holistic Finance Transformation: You develop and implement sustainable approaches to optimizing cost structures, liquidity and organizational design – and make sure that efficiency gains not only work short-term, but also long-term.

Finance Strategies & Target Operating Model: Together with our customers, you develop and implement innovative finance strategies and target operating model for the CFO sector. You think financial processes holistic, shape future-oriented control models and find pragmatic answers to complex regulatory and financial requirements.

Develop Controlling & Finance: You bring your enthusiasm for modern financial organisations and transformations into each project phase – from the further development of controlling structures to the integration of business intelligence and performance management to the optimization of accounting and controlling functions. This way you align the financial management of our customers: both sustainable and strategic.

Strategy & Innovation: You identify development potentials of the financial function, analyze opportunities and risks and guide data-based action recommendations – always with a view to global megatrends and technological innovations.

Modeling & control: You develop integrated business and financial models for corporate planning, assessment and analysis, and optimise control processes with modern technologies and BI tools.

Implementation Security: You are responsible for clear structures, transparent target tracking and sustainable impact – from short-term “booster” measures to permanent “enhancements” that make the organization more efficient and sustainable.

Academic Background: Excellent academic degree with an economic orientation – possibly with the focus on finance and controlling. If you are passionate about our topics, you can also have studied something else. Finance expertise: experience in financial analysis, assessment, modelling, performance management and the development of finance strategies and target images. Process Excellence: Practice in the further development of controlling and control structures, integration of BI tools (e.g. Power BI), optimization of accounting and controlling processes and handling ERP/finance systems. Analytical Strength: Safe in analytical methods, planning, decision-making and moderation techniques; convincing communication in German and English. Business Development: Fun on teamwork, initiative and to win new projects and customers through sovereign appearance. Place: You work with our customers: on-site, remote as well as in one of our offices in Munich, Augsburg, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf or Berlin.
