The Purchasing Groups and Systems department makes a significant contribution to the competitiveness of the NVL by ensuring the commercially optimal, qualitatively perfect and timely provision of complex systems, components and services for orders and supply projects. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated operating buyer (m/w/d) that can efficiently, structured and partnership with internal and external interfaces. Your tasks at a glance: You take over the operational procurement activities, including systems, components and services for our shipbuilding projects and ensure that internal requirements are met reliably and on time. You analyse requirements from the specialist areas and derive appropriate orders from them – always with a view to price, quality and delivery time. Create, send and track enquiries and orders independently in the ERP system. Offers compare transparent and prepare sound basis for internal votes. In price and contract negotiations with suppliers you represent the interests of the company. Returners, Demands for orders and deviations in the delivery process edit solution-oriented and service-oriented. Close cooperation with strategic purchasing ensures a coordinated and efficient purchasing organization. In the further development of shopping processes and strategies, you actively introduce your ideas and suggestions for improvement. Care and update supplier master files carefully in the system. The associated purchasing documentation will guide you to be structured and audit-proof.
