Your tasks: You are the first contact person for our customers on the phone and process customer requests in case-closing. You take over service-oriented services such as e.g. the processing of payment transactions, account management and the processing of general customer requests, in particular as part of online banking You recognize customer requirements and are guided by our specialist areas. You agree appointments for our private customer advisors in inbound and outbound telephony. Your profile – let us inspire you: You have successfully completed bank training. You are ideally trained as a banker (m/w/d) or are willing to acquire them. Furthermore, you have professional experience in consulting private customers. You work service-oriented and meet customers with professional enthusiasm and commitment to their affairs.
