Werkstudent HR – Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

You support our international Total Rewards team both in the day-to-day business and in exciting projects related to remuneration and benefits. You actively participate in the structured processing, care and analysis of important HR data and gain valuable insights into data-based personal processes. You support the planning and implementation of our annual compensation processes and take on independent tasks in the area of Benefits. You design and optimise communication materials for our Benefits offerings, including for our intranet. You will start target group-oriented presentations and documents on various topics in the area of Compensation & Benefits.

You are a registered student (m/w/d) in an economic or comparable course Ideally, you have already gained first experiences in the field of Human Resources. You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel You have very good English skills in word and writing It is up to you to prepare topics attractively and addressably and to use communication tools for this purpose You think analytically and have a high affinity for numbers and data You score with a very careful procedure You are self-initiative, responsible and team-oriented
