With your know-how, your experience and the willingness to take responsibility, you are a reliable contact point for our operational units: You accompany the creation and execution of contracts, assert claims and advise legally on advertising and marketing measures. In international contract management, you also convince with your expertise, design supplier and customer relationships, maintain and develop contracts and actively participate in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions in Germany and abroad. In the management and coordination of legal disputes, you will show sovereign standing and work with the appointed firm at eye level. In-house, you are appreciated for your ability to bring complex legal issues to the point in a comprehensible way – and thus enable sound decisions for our company. And our head of law, compliance & insurance also focuses on your experienced support – whether in project or day business.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Bachelor / Master of Laws Multiannual relevant professional experience in an industrial or Commercial or commercial law law law law firm General knowledge of civil, civil and commercial law Ideally experience in social, medical and medical device law and healthcare Good knowledge of MS Office flowing English skills are a must, French knowledge a plus
