As a CNC specialist (m/w/d), you are equally active in our prototype production and series production. The optimization and adaptation of CNC programs for complex components as well as the creation of CNC programs for less complex contours are also part of your tasks. For the processing of our production orders, you use existing programs in which you independently adjust and correct the process parameters. In addition, the operation and fitting of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines are in your range of responsibility during series operation. In the course of the self-testing of the factory you carry out the necessary quality checks on the finished workpieces.

You have completed vocational training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable and have already gained professional experience, at best with regard to the CNC control systems Siemens SINUMERIK 840D and SINUMERIK ONE. You have a well-founded knowledge of the operation and adjustment of CNC-controlled lathes as well as experience with milling lathes. The reading and understanding of technical drawings and specifications is of course for you. You are team-ready and communicative.
