You are responsible for the formal examination, confirmation and booking of invoices. You monitor the timely payment of the invoices, start the payments and clarify the creditor accounts and incoming reminders. You carry out the Intercompany agreement and process the travel cost bills. You carry out and process plant accounting. Your tasks include the control and booking of the use of provisions for subsequent invoices. In the debitor area, your area of responsibility includes the creation and booking of output invoices and the allocation and compensation of payment inputs. You process bank deposits and execute the dunning and account clarifications.

You have a completed commercial training with a focus on finance and accounting. Insufficient professional experience in financial accounting, especially in creditor and debitor accounting, complete your professional profile. You have secure user knowledge in a common ERP system (e.g. SAGE) as well as a well-founded know-how in handling MS Office applications. You have a high number affinity and work very closely. You combine your analytical and structured work with high communication and team skills and a safe occurrence. You can also communicate complex professional issues orally and in writing in German. For this we require language level C1.
