• Working with the project ''KI in Knowledge Management''
• Support of the project for presentations and decision templates
• Pre- and follow-up of meetings of the project
• Support in managing and maintaining user privileges in our IT systems
• Collaboration with different departments to ensure that permissions are given correctly and promptly
• Updating training documents for users of knowledge management software
• Participation in user circles to collect ideas for new functionalities and to optimize the knowledge management application

• enrolled student in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable degree programme
• Safe handling of office products
• Optimally already first knowledge of project management
• Open, communicative, committed and active personality
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
