Main tasks: You ensure a smooth run at our hotel reception You lead the reception team, create schedules and accompany interviews You are actively working in operational day-to-day business You create reports and represent the Logis management in the absence of day meetings You always have an eye on the main line code numbers and implement corresponding derived measures for the front office You serve our trainees hotel professionals and students, work in new team members, train the existing employees You take over the coordination of internal matters with adjacent departments

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the hotel subject, a bachelor's degree with a focus on tourism or comparable You provide at least three years of relevant professional experience at a large hotel reception You have at least two years of experience in the leadership of small teams Their mode of expression is exemplary, communication is your strength and your German knowledge show C1 level in word and writing You are hosted by heart and have a well maintained exterior Your handling of the current MS office solutions is safe, you have advanced knowledge in hotel booking and mangement systems, ideally Fidelio Suite8 A discrete mode of operation is of course for you Even situations with a high level of advice on the part of the guests have always grown
