Bachelor/Master in a technical or business field and you bring proven professional experience in several of the following areas: use of generic AI and prompting, AI process automation, vibecoding, vector databases/embes, management of web projects, negotiation management and stakeholder management, handling of demanding customers and complex situations, software development and CI/CD in the design of robust, scalable solutions through smart technology selection and conceptual thinking team-oriented: You develop solutions predominantly in the team and moderate the stakeholders powerful, convincing and changeable – with empathy and user orientation conflictable and solution-oriented, decision-making and resilient organized and reliable in the prioritization, allocation and control of tasks able to convey technical content concisely and understandably in the German language and feel comfortable in our business language in word and writing
