Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Max-Josef-Metzger-Straße 21, 86157 Augsburg You take responsibility for planning coordination for our technically demanding construction projects and coordinate your own planning department as well as the participating architects, specialist engineers and authorities You bring your own ideas to plan content, detailed specifications and cost-conscious planning and building You check the quality, appointments and performance plan and tune it You work closely with the project management and our renowned planning partners You support the costing of mass determination using CAD programs (Revit) as well as BIM modeling and the first three-dimensional costing models

You have successfully completed architectural or civil engineering studies and/or comparable technical training You ideally bring professional experience in the planning and project management of turnkey constructions as well as knowledge in the construction process with Ideally, you could already gain first professional experience in mass determination / BIM modelling You have good IT skills, organizational and communication skills, and you can learn from a flexible and independent way of working
