Your duties

• reception and care of visitors and guests incl. forward to the relevant contact persons
• Preparing meeting rooms
• Responsibility for the telephone center
• Postal processing and distribution
• Organisational or administrative activities

Your work place is located in Sömmerda-Süd.

To convince us

• Information according to § 34a GewO or willingness to participate in training
• Gern Experience as a doorkeeper, at reception or service
• Immigrant Police Department
• Very good German knowledge
• Friendly but binding occurrence
• PC and MS Office skills
