As an employee Quality Management / Quality Assurance (QM/QS) (m/w/d), you ensure compliance and further development of our quality standards as well as all food and hygiene requirements. In our dynamic environment, we are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on oriented personality that builds structures and processes, successfully implemented and ensures their sustainable implementation.

Responsibility for the implementation, monitoring and further development of the quality management system Ensuring compliance with all quality, hygiene and food safety standards Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits Implementation, care and monitoring of the HACCP concept Monitoring and documentation of all quality-relevant processes Implementation of quality controls and introduction of appropriate improvement measures Continuous process optimization to increase quality and efficiency Interface to authorities, customers, suppliers and internal departments

Experience Complete training or studies in the field of food technology, ecotrophology, quality management or a comparable discipline First professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally in the food or animal food industry Knowledge of relevant food requirements and experience in handling HACCP systems Experiences in the preparation and monitoring of audits are advantageous Skills and working methods High quality and responsibility awareness as well as structured and careful working Analytical thinkability and the ability to critically evaluate and improve processes sustainably Enforcement with simultaneous solution-oriented and pragmatic approach Communication strength and safe occurrence to customers, authorities, auditors and internal contact persons Joy in cooperation with various departments and in shaping improvement processes Safe handling of MS Office and digital documentation systems Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge is advantageous Personality You like to take responsibility and work independently You also keep an overview in dynamic situations and successfully implement priorities You are proactive, ready to learn and want to actively contribute to the further development of our quality standards You share our passion for high-quality products and highest quality standards in natural animal food
