Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an office man/wife, real estate businessman/buyer, property manager/in, industrial businessman/wife, etc.), ideally in the real estate sector Insufficient, multiannual professional experience in housing/immobility management Impressive ability to targeted and professional communication with tenants and authorities Structured and independent working, team capacity and high commitment and self-initiative Good knowledge of popular MS Office programs and, if necessary, experience with the ERP system Wodis Yuneo or comparable systems
